10th Vertical Rush

Yesterday for the second year on the trot I hosted the annual 'Vertical Rush' event at Tower 42 for Shelter. It was the tenth birthday with over 1,500 runners taking on 932 steps, 42 floors all raising money to fight homelessness. As with last year I was positioned at base camp on stage armed with a mic - entertaining, briefing and keeping spirits high for twelve hours.
