Yesterday was the annual 'Superhero Run' in London's Regents Park, the UKs official largest and I was back for the second year running to host this incredible event. Over 1,000 participants took part and I was on hand to keep the audience engaged throughout including crowd interaction, competitions, launching the race and congratulations for all at finish line.
